Favorite Godzilla movie battles of all time?

My favorite has to have been Burning Godzilla vs Destroyah but it might change after Godzilla King of the Monsters releases.

No big surprise since it's my favorite Godzilla film overall, but I love the tag-team match in Godzilla vs. Gigan, especially toward the end when the Big G has taken his beatings and then powers on through and beats the bejunior out of Gigan and Ghidorah.  That finale to me cemented to my young eyes why it was that super lizard was going to be my hero for all times.

I’d say either one of the Godzilla vs. Kiryu fights of the early Showa fights against Ghidorah.

To me, the fights are only as good as the stakes raised by the stories. There's definitely a few exceptions based on circumstance and aesthetics, but usually I don't care about a battle if there aren't some deep ramifications connected to the characters, fate of the country/planet, objects lost in the battle, etc.

But if I were to make a Top 10 (and I HATE making lists, so the fact this exists from me is a small miracle) I'd likely settle on this:

6) Earth's Monsters vs. King Ghidorah (Destroy All Monsters)
5) Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (Godzilla vs. Destoroyah)

My two favorites are the battle between Godzilla and Kiyru in Tokyo S.O.S, and Godzilla vs Titanosaurus and MechaG 2 from Terror of Mechagodzilla. Ya gotta give the big guy credit for taking on two of the strongest kaiju in the Showa era

I've always really liked the battle in Raids Again with Godzilla and Anguirus 

My Favourite battles would have to be Godzilla Vs Mechagodzilla/Titanosaurus from the Showa series no matter how campy it is!. Heisei fights normally involved around beam battles which does ruin the mood for me but it still entertaining, anyways Burning Godzilla Vs Destoroyah for the Heisei series. And for the Millennium series I would definitely go for the fights in GMK, Godzilla Aganist Mechagodzilla, Godzilla Tokyo SOS and from Final Wars.

Godzilla and King Caesar VS Mechagodzilla is definitely my favorite of the franchise. Its goofy and makes no sense, but that is why I love it.
