I think Classic Ghidorah with folded wings would make him look well ridiculous, it would make him look like a featherless bird, well that's just how I picturing it right now, maybe the filmmakers could possibly hopefully get him right with folded wings.
Godzilla Generations was a beautiful game! I loved the fact that there's a laser cannon inside of Dr. Serizawa's eyepatch.
In my opinion, King Ghidorah needs to be able to stand upright and spread his wings at his sides, creating the iconic Ghidorah silhouette that has always been present. I'm fine if he keeps them folded most of the time, or even if he briefly walks on them at one point, only to suddenly stand upright and spread his wings, instantly making himself seem much larger and more intimidating.
The quadruped Smaug-Ghidorah just seems like an unimaginative cop-out to me. One of King Ghidorah's most unique traits is that he doesn't walk around like a wyvern and looks like no other kind of traditional dragon. He stands upright with his wings spread out, making him tower over other monsters like Godzilla.

Why not a mix of both? Classic Ghidorah(standing upright) with wing arms(I kinda think he needs them, I mean it could help him dominate Goji in the movie)!

I think Ghidorah's gonna have wing arms, you have to remember the monsterverse is about realism. The classic Ghidorah design is what we want, but it compelled denies all sense of physics. But Michael Dougherty will likely prove me wrong, so this doesn't say much.
^^
Realism?,eeehhhh idk, I think the right word to use is "naturalism"(Is that a word?), it just sounds right for me for some reason.

I do think naturalism is a better term for it. Regardless, what I'm saying is that hopefully we get the old school design, but I feel that there will definitely be things changed with it.
^
I honestly don't mind design changes as long its recognizable to me.

Naturalism is exactly what they're going for, they want to present them as giant animals, that's why Michael Dougherty was selected for this project.
I'm fine with King Ghidorah's wings doubling as arms to some extent, like as in he can fold them and use them in combat or to propel himself forward at greater speed in some instances. But I also like how he traditionally uses his extra heads as arms. At the very least his wings should be able to spread to their full wingspan and not simply be folded like arms at all times.

Heads as arms? like punching other monster with his head?, it would look well funny but at the same time ridiculous.

^That's not what he means by any stretch. He's talking about how King Ghidorah has always used his heads in place of actual appendages: Biting Anguirus off one of his necks (Destroy All Monsters). Catapulting Godzilla into Godzilla Tower with all three heads (Godzilla vs. Gigan). Choking Godzilla by wrapping a neck around his (Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah). None of this was ridiculous before and wouldn't be now. It's also why King Ghidorah has no need for traditional appendages. Its what sets him apart. He's above traditional appendages.

uh ok.

As I said before, if they can do it right than that's awesome. But if not, I can understand
Will there be two rodans like in rodan's first movie male and female and ghidorah kills one or maybe mothra I really want to know.
Thanks Godzillafan173 signing out.

While the little monster info nuggets are nice, can you drop any that are about the human characters or the overall message of the movie?

As I said, Nature has a way of restoring balance, but what is that balance? Can we live among these creatures or do they have other plans?
^ Considering the damage we have done to our world, I think these creatures have other plans
Agreed, also unless I'm going insane I checked this thread a minute ago on my phone and you had left a comment saying "if only there was some place we can put them". Are you saying that we're gonna have a monster f**king island?!? If so that's awesome
