How Kiryu/ Mecha G could work in the Legendary Era

I can see that working. BNesides, it's pretty unrealistic to see Godzilla bones encasing a soul.

Honestly, working Mecha Godzilla, or at the very least Kiryu, into the Legendary series is an atrocious idea. At least to me. They should stick to mostly original stories and monsters. It'd be cool to see maser weapons developed. Theoretically,  they're at least possible.

The AI is an interesting take to me, adding an element of sci-fi that's generally not in the G franchise (unless you count the multiple aliens).

it could work for a version of the original MG, but it wouldn't on kiryu, kiryu is suposed to be tragic and like godzilla he dosen't want to figth he just whants to rest in pace

DTM2014 - What an interesting concept! Unfortunately, as a few others have already stated, the likelihood of Legendary and Edwards developing such a plot is slim as they seem more interested in producing original stories with a more, hmm, "realistic" tone. However, you could write a fan fiction concerning this plot! You already have the basis and understanding required to flesh-out what would likely be a very compelling story! Regardless, thank you for asking this very fun question! :)

MechaGodzilla could work in this universe but I just don't see it happening.
