Problems With Profile Pic

I'm trying to change my profile picture, but when I try it won't do it. I've attempted it twice now. Anyone else ever had this problem and know how to fix it?

You have to upload from the web, not your computer.

Host it on an image hosting website.

Right click over the image and press "properties"

Copy the address (url)

Paste it into "Get avatar from url" thing below the upload from computer.

I know this because I've had this problem before.

USE A DIRECT URL, UNLESS YOU WHANT TO WHAIT FOR 3 DAYS FOR IT TO UPLOAD TO SCIFIED
