HELP- who made this figure of Godzilla ??

Hello! I have this figure of Godzilla and I can't find anywhere online on who has made it. There are no stamp marks just the figure. He is about 3 to 4 inches tall. Could anyone please identify this for me? Any help is appreciated! THANKS!!!

I don't think anyone knows. Where did you get it from.

I got it for Christmas probably 7 or 8 years ago . I think my parents found it at a collectable store in the mall, one that is still open today and has not had a piece of Godzilla in it since or at least when I'm in there.
