Rodan flies at Zilla, Rodan looks at Zilla, Zilla dies.

With this, Rodan. Seeing as how Zilla ran from the military. I'd say Rodan vs. Zilla Jr, however, he might have a chance.

I think the problem with these fights is that everyone hates Zilla so they heavily underestimate him.

That said, I suppose Rodan would more than likely win a battle against the 1998 Zilla. However, in all honesty, Zilla Jr stands a pretty good chance and might be able to defeat Rodan.
