Please explain why you put GMK's intelligence so high, the same monster that shot a ray of of his shoulder saw it was hurting him stopped, then literally did it again I believe 2 more times until it eventually blew him up. While I don't believe G2014 is that smart, he looks like Einstein next to GMK

^Einstein in comparison? GMK Godzilla faked out Mothra and killed her right as she reached him. He was also able to notice the drill missiles coming at him and moved into a position where it would hit King Ghidorah. Grabbing hold of King Ghidorah's feet so he could launch a variation of the Spiral Ray he had absorbed wasn't a bad idea either.

His pain tolerance may have gotten the best of him at the end and that wasn't wise, but he was technically one of the more brilliant battle strategists. I don't think G'14 was quite as intelligent with that-- Lets be honest, slinging MUTO into a building and letting it pile on top of him wasn't wise either.

^ realistically speaking if toho had that same idea for realism i think any building would come crashing down on you too if you were a tall monster. :)

I forgot about that scene but still he was gonna see if it happen again I guess. When he was fighting gidroah mothra was getting ready to attack godzilla from behind. And he just tail wiped her. When the army shot those drill rocket thingy at him. Godzilla flipped gidorah over so they would hit him. When Baragon jump at godzilla. Godzilla just hit him with his tail in mid-air. When godzilla was getting ready to blow up the army ships mothra was getting ready to attack him. He turn around and blasted her and she didnt know it was comming. Zilla and gmk godzilla are the smartest incarnations. (And yes I'm calling Zilla a incarnation just because the movie title)

I din't think that those things would have been as easy had he not been so much stronger than the other monsters hes was fighting. It was because the other monsters weren't exactly pushing him that he didnt have his full focus.  he was always overpowering the monsters in those instances. If you think about it grabbing Ghidorah's feet would have been a horrible plan if he wasn't that much more powerful than him as he basically face tanked Ghidorah's lighting till he ran out of power then he shot back. Most of his fights were simply him being vastly more powerful than his opponent

Granted he was far more powerful, but arguing over "full focus" is splitting hairs and pulling at straws we have no proof exist. Battle strategies such as faking out Mothra, turning to allow a missile hit King Ghidorah and dodging Baragon for a strong tail whip is well within the physical range of other Godzillas fighting various incarnations of the other monsters. There was simply never an instance where it happened or Godzilla displayed the intelligence to do so.

Really things like dodging are closer related to reflex than intelligence, while the fake out on mothra shows stretegy most of the others are just attributed to his brute strength moreso than him being the smarter fighter. For instance could he have used ghidorah to take the missile as he did if he wasn't minipulating the fight so handedly? If mothra had a chance of fighting him face to face would it have risked trying a sneak attack as it did. I may have been wrong with saying the 2014 Godzilla is Einstein to GMK, but to say GMK is one of the smartest variations especially with showa showing borderline human intelligence and the heisei Godzilla at least vaguely recalling shindo after almost 50 years is a stretch. So to give it a 9 out of what I'm assuming to be a scale of 10 is a little unreasonable even if he did show small feats in strategy he did blow himself up and as I pointed out was able to do most of those things because of the huge difference in strength with his opponents.

But the question is why would he use those reflexes? In any case Godzilla is clearly shown eyeing the missile coming at him while King Ghidorah is smothering him underwater. One might argue that had the missile not hit King Ghidorah he wouldn't have been able to swim back up like he did.

I don't think he's the smartest incarnation, but his battle strategies, regardless of power, are more intimately shown through the visuals in comparison to most incarnations.

Godzilla 2014 would win just beacuse how much bigger he . Its 108 meters v.s 60. But if the size was even gmk would win.
