Chapter 5 of my Godzilla 3 script.

The President and the Secretary of Defense arrive by helicopter at Area 51. Dozens of soldiers and other workers such as Dr.Karla, wait for the helicopter to land.
-Hi, I am Dr.Karla.-says the scientist preparing to shake hands with the president, but the president puts a disgusted look on his face and does not shake.
The scientist nervously lowers his hand.
-Ok. Please follow me.
They are escorted to inside the facility while Monarch operatives observe from afar.
-HQ, the eagle arrived at the nest, repeat, the eagle arrived at the nest.-says one of the operatives to the radio
-Copy that. Report if anything out of the ordinary happens.
-Will do.
Inside the facility, the small unit of thughs surrounding the President, Secretary and Dr.Karla march through the hallways of the secret instalations. A sudden tremor
is felt.
-What the hell was that? An earthquake?
-No.-says the scientist with a smile-It's our weapon.
They pass through a decontamination chamber and enter what appears to be an observatory. The president looked down and gasped in terror.
-What the hell is that thing!?
-That, Mr.President, is the greatest weapon designed by man since the atomic bomb.
Below them, what appeared to be a crossing between a flower and a crocodile waved what appeared to be tentacles with razor-sharp jaws on the tip of it.
-That is a monstrosity!-says the Secretary of Defense.
-I admit, that it is not the cutest animal around, but it will fit your pursposes.
-Couldn't you develop a bomb, or something that can be easilly controlled?
-You must admit Mr.President. No man will be able to fight the MUTO's, even with Monarch's Anti-Matter bomb, one day, if a monster appeares that could resist to it, we
would not stand a chance. That is why I created this animal. You see, an animal is the perfect killing machine, and has the benefit of being tamable.
-And what lovely a pet you have here. I am curious. How did you create it?
-I must admit that the process was halfway done by Godzilla.
-How so?
-During the battle in San Francisco, some injuries caused Godzilla to loose some blood here and there, and by coincidence, a big portion landed on a greenhouse,
mutating the plants. At first, no one noticed as they where busy escaping the radiation cloud from the atomic detonation, but after a field investigation on the now
abandoned city, discovered a new mutated specimen of the common rose flower, that was able to create tissue at an astonishing speed, enabling it to create tentacles to
dislocate to places where sunlight and food where abundant.
-Food? But as far as I know, plants only consumed water.
-We though that as well, until it consumed one of our team members. Poor Erika. When we told her father, Dr.Shiragami, that her daughter was eaten by a flower...-
Dr.Karla notices the gravity of the subject and moves on.-Anyway, that is where thing got interesting. After the incident, we suspended our research as many people
were disturbed by the loss of such beloved member, but when we came back, we registered a change on the creature's genetic code. And guess what? The new parts matched
with Dr.Erika's DNA.
-So, it did not just eat it.
-It assimilated her. And with that, the creature started showing behaviours that were above instinct, such as the ability to open doors (that almost allowed it to get
away). It was learning.
-Amazing.
-Yes it is. But a new problem appeared right away, when the winter arrived. It got the flu.
-The common flu?
-Yes. When it absorved the human DNA, it also made itself compatible with every virus that affected normal humans as well. We treated it with large doses of
antibiotics, and luckily, it is healthy again. But the weak immunitary sistem was the main weakness of it. So after thinking on vaccines and other common procedures,
we went beyond that, we looked at what nature had to offer. And that is where we found the animal species that has been around for milleniums, and has not suffered any
kind of changes thorought: the crocodile.
-I guess that it explains the crocodile's mouth on it. But I would like you to tell me how can you train that thing.
-That is another amazing thing we discovered. After we told Dr.Shiragami about her daughter, he decided to assist us on the research, and after a small incident where
he got inside the cage, instead of attacking him, the creature held him, like if it liked him. We concluded that not only Erika's genetic code was absorved, but her
memories as well.
-So, is it going to remember being Erika at some point?
-We do not know for sure as the specimen is obviosly part human, but this fact allowed us to tame it through the relationship it holds with her "father".
-Where is him right now?
-He is inside with her. The poor bastard really thinks that he will get his daughter back, even if she is a flower-crocodile hybrid. That makes his sanity
questionable, and people without sanity are dangerously unpredictable, don't you agree Mr.President?-says the scientist with a grin.
-Maybe. But with all these monsters appearing from nowhere right now, it would not surprise me that the whole world went insane.
-Just look at him, he is desperatly holding into what is left of the daughter he once loved. For him, her daughter is suffering metamorphosis before becoming something
closer to what he remembers of her. He even named her current state, and we actually found ourselves using it quite a lot.
-And what is the name just by curiosity?
-Biollante.

At the same time

Ford and Takashi return to base from a day of work.
-Quite a day huh?-says Takashi
-A bit boring if that is what you mean.
-Considering what we have been through, it is perfectly understandable what you just said. Are you picking Elle at the Hospital?
-Yes.
-How are things going? It has been quite a change for me, but I can't even imagine for an entire family such as you.
-The first days were terrible. Elle was upset, but what I am more worried at is Sam.
-Poor kid suddenly finds himself like a fish out of the water.
-Tell me about it. His japanese lessons are being given in a hurry so he can get back to school as soon as possible. I just want to sort this mess out and go back to america. This exile is tearing my family apart.
-Just thinking that a month ago we were higly respected Lieutenants on our country, and suddenly, we are the scum of the earth.
-I think that everything started with the first two MUTOs. Then, whole world entered a state of fear and despair when we saw that we could not handle ourselves. It was the beginning of the end. It was predictable that at some point opportunists like the Talaghan and now the US president would feed on such fears for their personnal aggendas.
-I agree. Look, there is Elle.
They open the door and Elle enters to the backseat.
-Hi honey.-Says Ford sharing a kiss with her-How was your day?
-Hello Lt.Takashi.-says Elle-Have you been taking care of my big boy?
-He can handle himself pretty good. And just call me Margareth. Me and Ford are not Lieutenants for now.
-Are you having dinner with us?-asks Elle
-No, no, I can make something back at home.
-But you will be alone. Eat with us, please.
-If you insist.
Ford drove home as the night fell. Although things were not perfect, a small ray of hope shun on his mind. A hope for a safer future for him and the ones he cared about. But a war was coming, a war where even if he sacrificed his life, his loved ones would have to be safe from any harm. For that is what he cared about most

Although this was the introduction of Biollante, I still gave it a more dramatic tone. I would like you to tell me:

-Do you want Biollante to have indeed Erika's memories and personality growing inside it (which would turn the tables on who is the hero or the villain when Godzilla shows up to fight it)?

or

-Do you want Biollante to be a normal bad monster  that Godzilla and MIST will fight?

My personal choice is the first one, but as I would like to know what would you choose so I can make a story that pleases you.
