Height: 355 feet
Length: 550 feet 4 inches (His tail)
Weight: 90,000 tons
You can hear his roar when he is 3 miles away!!
The Female Muto is 300 feet tall
(I found these stats on Godzilla wiki, I don't know where they got them from but they seem really legit.)

MemberMothra LarvaeMay-19-2014 5:51 PMThe length seems off to me. Wasn't he about as long (or a bit longer than the aircraft carrier). Modern carriers are just over 1,000 feet. The rest seems right though

MemberMothra LarvaeMay-19-2014 9:35 PMIn the spanish version (Latinoamerica, not Spain), they say that the female MUTO height was of "about 100 meters". Maybe the "90 meters - 300 ft" is an underestimation.
