Just had a second viewing of Godzilla and strangely enough, I actually enjoyed the experience more than the first viewing. Things that kinda bother me a little didn't bother me as much this time. Things I didn't catch the first time I did on the second round and I appreciate the film more. Not sure if anyone else share my sentiment?

GODZILLATHEKING123 - That's fantastic! I've not yet seen the film (it's giving me heart palpatations, I'm so excited!). However, I'm extremely pleased that you found the film to be elevated after a second viewing. That's indicative of a good film. If you had the chance to professionally rate it on a scale of 1 to 10, what score would you choose to apply? :)

Maybe 7.5 to 8 I think. The film is not perfect mind you, but it does get enough things right to allow me to enjoy it very much.

I have to go see it a second time later. I'd rather not do the repeat viewing immediately and wait for it to sink in. I'll probably try going again Sunday, if I personally had to give it a rating it would probably be a 7.

Same here. I would give it a 7-7.5 out of 10. I did a fairly spoiler-free review in the Reviews section.

I have to take my son to see the movie, but for me I will be snoozing for it.

I didn't like that movie at all. The first half was alright.
