Will you see the movie first, or read the book?

Out of curiosity, will you folks read the novelization of the American Godzilla 1st or watch the movie? Me, I'd read the novel first because it would let me "see" what the story is like to be sure I would enjoy it.

The novelization comes out a few days after the film so pretty much the movie first.

but I really wish to read the awakening book first though.

The movie. I have bought Godzilla Awakening online and it will probably arrive after I watch the movie anyway because I live in Australia and I bought it from America. My local comic shop didn't have it :(
