i have two songs that make me think of godzilla.
the first song ill mention later when I have enough comments.
The second song that has aways made me think of godzilla is "The Kill" by 30 Seconds To Mars Because of the whole "you think you can try to control and bring down me, you have even betrayed me in some way but I will take my vengeance, kill you and laugh in your face if you try" vibe to it and it reminds me of the Man Vs Nature side to the new movie.

Akira Ifukube is forever entwined with the king, and his theme is my favorite theme of any movie or Kaiju. I really hope that they use Akira's theme in this film at least once, that will bring a smile to my face.

MemberMothra LarvaeMay-04-2014 4:19 AMIt was already mentioned, but Radioactive (Imagine Dragons) is mine. It might be a bit literal, but yeah, that's what I think.
Also, much of Linkin Park's A Thousand Suns album reminds me of Godzilla for the same reason. Lots of nuclear themes and cataclysm imagery. Also, they sample the J Robert Oppenheimer quote as well.
