He is talking about Job 41 where it mentions Leviathan. Scholars and theologians have speculated as to what creature this Bible passage is referring to. Some say a crocodile, and some say a dinosaur. It is really unclear. I personally find scriptues like that fascinating. Anyways, that is some excellent artwork.

Wow, It indeeds remind me of Godzilla but is a Leviathan. That meteor reminds me of the soldiers falling from the ship.

Yup that's right. I am trying to compare Zilla with the creature mention in the Bible. Not trying to recruiting people into religion, not by any means. The record of this Kaiju (leviathan/Behmoth) mentioned in the Bible seemes to match Zilla thats all.... there are even verses later on in the chapter that goes to say that this creature would stir up the water and fire would spark out of it's mouth. seemed interesting :) So I painted this piece of work :)
