what godzilla movie would you make?

It would be a sequelish thing where one of the destoroyahs little forms survived the fall and replicated. And it would be the last movie in G14 series. (Probably around G19)

Should I list the monsters in mine?

You know what, I'm listing the monsters in mine. If I can turn my fan-fiction that I'm writing into a movie, here are the monsters to expect.

Good guys: Godzilla, Anguirus, (Fire) Rodan, Mothra, Battra, King Kong, King Caesar, Baragon, Varan, Gezora, Manda, Ebirah, Kumonga, Kamacuras, Zilla Jr, Kiryu (Mechagodzilla III), Mechagodzilla II, M.O.G.U.E.R.A., Jet Jaguar, Mecha-King Ghidorah.

Bad guys: Monster X, King Ghidorah, Gigan, Megalon, Spacegodzilla, Desghidorah, Orga, Hedorah, Mechagodzilla (mach 1), Destoroyah, Biollante, Megaguirus, Titanosaurus, Krystalak (from Godzilla Unleashed), Obsidius (from Godzilla Unleashed), Ganimes, Dagarla, C-Rex (from Godzilla: the series), King Cobra (from Godzilla: the series), El Gusano (from Godzilla: the series).

Transformations (certain monsters will become other monsters in my fan-fiction. I'm not saying who because one you'll all know and I don't want to spoil anything if I ever post my fan-fiction on this site.): Keizer Ghidorah, Gigamoth, Ghost Godzilla.

I'd remake DESTROY ALL MONSTERS, but change NOTHING. I'd leave it exactly the same, except for updated effects  to make it look STUNNING. but I love the campy dialog and story line. 

Godzilla: Battle for Cascadia.

Taking place in 2011, Godzilla is awoken by the earthquake and subsequent Fukushima disaster in Japan. He swims towards the Pacific Northwest in North America and lands at Port Renfrew, Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada where he meets Skookum, a kaiju resembling King Caesar except more apelike. Godzilla easily defeats Skookum and then swims to Coupeville, Whidbey Island in Washington, USA. The United States military moves in on Godzilla from the Naval Air Station on Whidbey Island. Meanwhile, a catastrophic eruption at Mt. Rainier releases Thunderbird, a flying kaiju similar in design to Rodan and the Giant Condor. Thunderbird destroys Puyallup and Tacoma before converging on downtown Seattle where Godzilla is already waiting. The battle that ensues levels the entire city before Godzilla finally defeats Thunderbird and he disappears into Puget Sound.
