this godzilla does look like the classic one. He looks like a mix of the 90's and the 2000's with the roar of 1974 if you listen closely.

I really don't see that much 90s Godzilla in this new design. I actually don't think there's 1 particular design it follows. It does a good job of staying close enough to the material, however having it's own look.
