Sorry to sound noobish, but is that an eye above the cracked window? Near the top, just below the top of the top window. It's in between the two spike looking things. Like I said, sorry to sound noobish.

It's not an eye. It's most likely the saftey hatch that you would find on the ceiling of a school bus.

If you notice in the top left window there is a silhouette of Mothra.

You're looking at Godzilla's back and spines, not his tail. If his tail does hit the bus, it's not evident by what is in these pictures. He's simply beginning to stand up and he's parallel to the bus. Not a single piece of him is moving towards the bus in these pictures nor in the trailer when you watch it.

You've fallen into the trap of reading too much into it and letting your imagination run away with you GODZILLA 2014 RULES.
