Need Help With Godzilla Anatomy

I think it's the MUTO claw.

If I had to guess, it's the back spines of a different Godzilla-like kaiju.

Don't think it's a claw.  It looks a little like that in the pic.  But, if you watch the trailer again, it doesn't really.  The two smaller spines are shaped more like horns.

haha! I can't believe the 2nd kaiju is still flying under the radar, though. There were two different accounts of that 20-minute preview where the big secret was supposed to be kept, but one gave away the clue and another indirectly pointed to the same thing. 

Without even looking first, I wonder if you go and review the back fins of the kaiju hidden in the smoke of the HALO jump that you might see back fins like in this freeze frame.

if you watch this in slow mo, both backwards and forwards, you will see that there is a distinct swinging motion to it 

It's definitely not Godzilla, because as you stated in your post the rest of his spines are missing. This is definitley a Muto of some kind, but is it the one from the toy box? We don't know. Nothing about these spikes/claws looks anything like the one from the toy box, so is it the flying Muto? We don't know.

Something that a lot of people think has been confirmed is that there are only two monsters fighting against Godzilla, but that in fact hasn't been confirmed, and I think this could be a third Muto that might make an appearance against the Big G.

Noticed that it also opens as well, after it hits the tracks.

Does godzilla even have an actual anatomy? He is composed of nuclear energy

Yes, he does in fact. Of course, it's pretty clear that particular anatomy doesn't match up with the creature in the photo.
