MUTO creature's possible objective

So ok here is were we start. First, the MUTO creatures have a hive based species. So when they lay there eggs they need nuclear energy to make thier hatchlings able to survive. But when the hatchlings don't get that energy they just die off the second they hatch. So the M.U.T.O organization knows that the muto creatures need that tasty nuclear energy for the hatchlings and to gain new abilities as the energy mutats them. But as they are searching for nuclear energy they run into godzilla who to them is an all you can eat buffay. So they go after godzilla to steal his nuclear energy for the survival of their race. But in order to gain Godzilla's energy he has to be dead so the energy transfer procces can be complete. So they attempt to kill godzilla. But the M.U.T.O organization uses these abominations to there advantage. So not only could they use these creatures for money, but they can use them to kill godzilla. But eventually something goes wrong and they loose control over the creatures. And they could be using some nuclear energy for a cocoon which I saw one in the new trailer. Not the missle scene but the scene with the gigan arm creating a shockwave. I looked very closely and the arm appears to be riping out of a cocoon. 

But hey I could be wrong. Actually i'm 99% wrong to be excact. But who knows, its a possibility. Just sharing my thoughts. Now if you'll excuse me.. i'll be feasting on a bowl of nukes. So LET ME FIRE IN MY OVER 9000 ATOMIC BREATH! BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
