If you seen the US poster for Godzilla 2000 his dorsal fins look like the ones from Godzilla 2014 do you think godzilla 2014 will have the same dorsal fins the Godzilla 2000 US poster?

No.

They are much smaller by comparison to the rest of his body than the 2000 version. Watching the trailer with the brightness at max and a slight color enhancement will show you his spines rather clearly during the lightning flashes.
