HOW MUCH DESTRUCTION SHOULD BE IN THE FILM?

Hello G fans, I hope you\'re all doing well! Anyway, in regards to the new movie, how much devastation should be in the film? If Godzilla is referred to as the unstoppable, \"Force of nature\" or the \"Wrath of god\"..Shouldn\'t his every appearance be apocalyptic in destructive scale? I don\'t want little walkways of destruction, I hope to see full leveling of a city. I guess one movie that comes to mind is Man of Steel. However, the intense destruction in that movie was in one area of the city. I\'m Hoping Godzilla causes much more devastation. Another movie that comes to mind is the 54 Godzilla. Remember the scene towards the end, when Godzilla leaves an ENTIRE city in flames? I remember finding those final glances at the city haunting, as it all turned to ash and rubble. Id like to get that same feeling every time Godzilla leaves a city. Plus, there will be other monsters. I hope they\'re just as horrifying as Big G. I just don\'t want Godzilla being turned into some destructive hero like the Hulk or something. He IS an animal. A creature. In this movie I want to have the same perception on Godzilla as I have on a Great White Shark. A Great White holds so much wonder. They\'re astonishing and quite amazing, yet I would NEVER want to be anywhere near one..Get what I mean? So what do you guys want to see??

The 54 Gojira was supposed to represent the fear of nuclear weapons. The 2014 American Godzilla should leave San Francisco as if it were bombed by a nuke. I agree, Godzilla is a creature so it being in the city would have to have a reason for being there and causing the attack. Maybe the humans accidentally made the two opponent monsters, thus Godzilla isn't a fan of this.

Well in the teaser from 2012 the whole city is destroyed so I'm sure we will get plenty of destruction.

There shoud be...Enough. Enough to satisfy the fans and create the moral but not so much it gets boring and anticlimatic after a while. Godzilla, being our main monster, should be the key to most of the destruction. The best way to do it, i believe, is to consider the big city as a battleground, where Godzilla is ramming/blasting/throwing stuff into building while fighting the MUTO/the millitary.

How about Godzilla blowing up a chunk of a continent? That would be EPIC. But like what Zillahater said, just enough destruction. At least a global concern? But if they make Godzilla blow up the moon... well, isn't that cool? Cool, but not possible. That's just my opinion.

I want to see Godzilla destroying entire countries, killing millions and billions of people, a Godzilla who brings the end of the humanity, and just a few survivors, like in War of the Worlds, 2012 or World War Z, the Godzilla of the Apocalypse, worst than every tsunami and earthquake togeder, every zombie apocalypse and gloval viral pandemic, all the alien invasions and wars combined.

I want total destruction of cities, fires engulfing millions of lives, and memories of fear and chaos imprinted on the unfortunate souls that survive it all, and I want it all to be done by Godzilla himself. Like a nuclear hurricane of fiery fury and anger set forth to punish man and leave him with nothing but the taste of defeat and powerlessness and he feeling of true mortally against a living breathing immortal force of nature. Something like that XD!!!

Hmm, Godzilla has a nuke for breath, he kills giant monsters, he is a gaint monster, he is Godzilla, the all destroying force of nature. I wouldn't be satisfied unless at least one city is vaporized.
