MemberMothra LarvaeOct-10-2013 10:13 PMKing Ghidorah, or an interation of him, is present in Final Wars. Keizer Ghidorah, I believe. I think he looks bad ass in that, but I hated the movie.
If you're talking about the movie itself, then GMK. If you're talking about the design, then I'd go with FInal Wars. If Final Wars does not count, then Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah.

He battled three monsters to a stand still, he was never depicted as that powerful ever again. it just stands out to me...

I guess I'll go with Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah since I'm a heisei era fanboy, but it's extremely close
