A new international trailer for Kong: Skull Island has surfaced online, along with a new Japanese website! Now, although the new trailer does not contain any new footage from the film, the website however does contain some interesting new information regarding the Skull Island story!

Running the "STORY" tab through Google translate revealed a new description of the film's synopsis. Obviously, Google's translation will not be 100% accurate, so if any of our readers who are fluent in Japanese would like to edit, feel free to do so in the comments so we can update this report. You can read the Japanese version, here! The description also mentions the 2020 versus film Godzilla vs. Kong which will see the two iconic behemoths battle it out on the silver screen once again.

It was supposed to be a simple mission ...
seek the unknown biological, research expedition to infiltrate the island of mystery.
However, there are people it was never where you do not set foot, skull (skull) island.
Island to arrive and unpleasant, the situation changed completely.
It is everywhere on the island, skeleton is scattered, and the rock walls to huge handwriting that was bloody.

And, God finally show up there, huge Naru king Kong.
Huge creatures unidentified.

Humans Sube without that forms, fleeing only.
The secret of Skull Island -

whether they can escape alive from the island -
really, Kong is whether the enemy of the human race, or ally of the -

in 2020, the ultimate monster confrontation with "GODZILLA Godzilla" has also been announced.

Huge Naru strongest of the king, awakening!
Runaway! Adventure blockbuster

The description refers to Kong as the "Naru". From my understanding, the word "Naru" implies a change to a final state. As previously discovered in the Kong: Skull Island marketing we reported on last, Kong is not fully grown in Skull Island. So, the inclusion of the word "Naru" with Kong's name implies the Kong they discover in this film is in the process of developing into its final form.
