Happy Birthday Millenium!
This was interesting. Well, Happy 20th Anniversary to Godzilla 2000: Millennium.
This was an...interesting film.
I'm pretty sure that Kong is gonna be ticked that a whole bunch of new Titans are converging on Skull Island and disrupting the place's balance, and since Godzilla is the new Alpha, he'll take his quarrel to him.
The question nobody seems to be asking is why they're all going to Skull Island? All we know is that it's apparently some sort of major access point to the Hollow Earth, and that there's been some recent seismic activity going on there.
https://www.scified.com/member/41420 Maybe because of this he hunts down any titan that comes remotely close to the island even if they mean no harm. What if Godzilla climbs the carrier just out of pure curiosity towards Kong, but Kong is the one that lands the first hit pissing off Godzilla?
Thanks. Kong never left Skull Island at all. And Methuselah is described as the water buffaloes in "Skull Island"
Guys, Kong notices that something has changed, and he doesn't like it. Ghidorah's call also awakens the Skull Crawlers. He doesn't escape from his island, because he doesn't want to be apart of the hunt. He doesn't care bout the other Titans and their homes, and he doesn't want them to come for his. He wants them to stay away from him.
Just because "one will fall" does not mean that it has to be a death scene for either monster. Godzilla brings balance... as established in the King Of The Monsters and 2014 films. So for him to be "killed" by Kong goes contrary to the overall theme of the monsterverse. Some want to see one kill the other... and that to me is morbid. In nature... it is survival of the fittest. Godzilla has survived way longer than Kong... and Kongs race was wiped out by skull crawlers... and those bad boys are no where near the caliber of Godzilla.
Logic tells me that - A. Kong will be used by man for nefarious purposes B. Godzilla will be lured to Skull island by stolen ORCA tech using Ghidorah's Alpha frequency. C. The two monsters will fight simply because it is in their nature to. D. Godzilla will not be prepared for the confrontation on Kong's home soil and lose the fight... but not die. E. Ghidorah's salvaged head could be wrapped in chains while it's DNA is altered and it becomes a hybrid titan that ultimately Kong and Godzilla will fight... and it will be under the control of Alan Jonah's team... which I suspect is a rogue element of MONARCH.
The scene in the teaser leak could very well be a docking platform for large vessels and not an aircraft carrier.
The rumor about a mechagodzilla would just be that... a rumor... and in my opinion... would make no sense at all given the amount of mechanical engineering required to achieve such a great feat... and it would not be very grounded in realism give what the monsterverse has tried to do thus far. (ARGO) That flying wing could be possible but a giant robot Godzilla... I don't think so. Also... there is room for more story telling regarding the hollow earth and the people of the past who worshipped the titans. That has yet to be explored. If the monsterverse is to continue... they have to keep Godzilla and Kong alive. I know that the "rights" expire after this movie... but not for Kong and the other Titans that are not TOHO properties. I could see future films featuring Kong... and maybe even Gamera (which would fit perfectly in the monsterverse).
That's my take on things thus far. Theory only... but a plausible one.
Reiwa Mechagodzilla. Wouldn't be much of a fair fight.
Probably anime MechaGodzilla since it transcends the need for a body--And nearly took out a 300m Godzilla with shields. It would've worked without Haruo's intervention as well.
Monster_Zero 2112 But when I said that, the movie I was referring to was Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla, not Ready Player One. I was simply pointing out an impracticality in Kiryu's design thought process.
I think a combination of them would be best equipped to bring down Godzilla, but that's a cop out lol. But I feel like some aspects of every design would be good to include. The Legendary Godzilla-esque look of RPO, the sleek look, abilities, and the menace of Kiryu, the jet pack, chilling sound effects, and heat absorbption of Super Mechagodzilla, and the distinctive look and head crest and abundance of flames and missiles of the Showa Mechagodzilla would really be cool to see in the Monsterverse. Either that, or perhaps a new design for Mechagodzilla...

Yeah. RIP, Godzilla Daikaiju Battle Royale.
Sure, yeah. But RPO Mechagodzilla has the missile hands and the atomic breath and Looks like Legendary's Godzilla.
This game was awesome, even when I played it. 10/10.
It will be missed. :(
I would say Kiryu (Millennium Mechagodzilla) is the best one to fight Godzilla (2019/2020), just because of his larger arsenal compared to other Mechagodzillas.
I know but you said"In fact, when you really think about it, they didn't even really need to have a Mechagodzilla in that movie." But Mechagodzilla is in the book, so they had to put him in it.
Monster_Zero 2112 I was talking about Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla. I picked the Millennium Mechagodzilla as my choice because of the Absolute Zero cannon.
Well, they had to because he was in the book(btw, it was a really good book)
Millennium. He's got that fancy-shmancy Absolute Zero Cannon that can flash freeze targets to absolute zero down to the molecular level or something like that. It's basically a one-hit kill.
In fact, when you really think about it, they didn't even really need to have a Mechagodzilla in that movie. They could have just one-hit-killed Godzilla with the Absolute Zero, and they wouldn't have needed to spend all that extra money on the cybernetic stuff or the 40% power drain, not to mention avoiding the extra-risk of Kiryu remembering he was the 1954 Godzilla.
Please fix the multiple posts problem. Please.
Hey, I just finished Chapter Thirteen!!! You guys can go comment on it now.
Well, if this problem had been solved, then I'm just glad we helped you out anyway. Because that is what really matters.
Happy Holidays, everyone. :)
Guysssss!!!! I just finished Chapter Thirteen! You guys can go read and comment on it now!!!!

This might be of help.
#JurassicKaiju14 he has one feet behind him but it's still on the ground. I guess he let's one feet behind him to put all his body weight in the punch Tough Godzilla is hunched over as if he just got on the carrier.
Stefan94 That's assuming he really is 393 feet tall, which I still kind of doubt. The scene is in silhouette, and I'm still entertaining the possibility that he's jumping over the carrier from the side facing us, and Godzilla is on the other side raising one foot onto it.
Well, that was weird. He didn't say anything to you, except your name.
@JJGYET Actually the 393 Kong would weight much more than that.
Square cube law "When an object undergoes a proportional increase in size its new surface area is proportional to the square of the multiplier and its new volume is proportional to the cube of the multiplier".
Kong is 393 feet tall. An average silverback gorila is 6 feet tall and the heaviest recorded wild gorilla registered weighting 267 kg /589 pounds.
393/6=65.5 x as tall, wide and deep as an average gorilla. A 65,5 fold increase in size means that Kong's weight would multiply 281,011 x (the cube of 65.5).
281,011 x 589 =165.515,479 pounds /75,076 tons. This would make Godzilla 1,32 x heavier. Also a nimitz class aircraft weights from 100,000 to 104,600 tons. So that aircraft carrier would sink with both titans on board.
