dk,
Such a debate has never been an issue because they're all canon to their specific continuities--There is no singular canon.
Example: Godzilla vs. Biollante is canon to the Heisei Continuity, but not any other. Simple as that.
This should be interesting when debating what is canon.
Secular Maniac It's kinda hard to do that when the subject of your study is buried under Lord-knows-how-many-tons of ice, and you don't want to risk breaking it lest you (A) damage the specimen, or (B) wake it up. And besides, they only found Ghidorah in 2016; the other Titans, Godzilla, Mothra, and Rodan in particular, they'd found a lot earlier.
Sorry, I tried to show you guys two videos from that Monarchsciences site.
There's a thing i don't understand, Monarch held MonsterZero like i preserve my ice cream in the freezer, they had him captive for decades completely dormant, and they didn't even care to carry out basic studies like how his metabolism works, how does reproduce eccetera, because when the Monster wakes up from his nap seems no one knows how to handle him, they threw the Oxygen Destroyer without even knowing how Ghidorah BREATHES !
Wasn't monarch supposed to STUDY mutos? In order to prevent them from playing havoc in our hometowns?
... I'm going to use that today.
Maybe, not all too familiar with the genre... unless you count the Monsterverse lol
Godzilla: Making cinematic universes and continuity reboots before Marvel and DC made it cool.
I think it would.
I've only seen the beginning ten min. of War of The Gargantuas.
Ah, so my stupidity has served a purpose! Thank you!
The arrogance of man is thinking that nature is in our control, and not the other way around.
LET THEM FIGHT.

Just read through our previous comments and you'll understand what we'e talking about.
As a popular song by Sum 41 that made it's way into Final Wars says, "We're All To Blame."
Ah, sorry. Didn't know they were in a separate continuity.
Gotta blame myself too.
Oh yeah, forgot. My bad.
Monster_Zero 2112 Our control. Remember that if you're going to criticize the actions of humanity as a species, you're including yourself in there too.
Dude, that's @^%$ing awesome! I can't wait too!
True. Mankind thinks that nature is in there control, but it's not.
When you really think about it, it really is Dr. Russell's fault through and through. It was her who woke up King Ghidorah in the first place in her mad rush to "save the world" from an environmental apocalypse. But in doing so, she only made things worse for everyone by waking up Ghidorah of all creatures, which, coupled with Rodan's awakening, spooked the US government into firing the Oxygen Destroyer at Godzilla, putting him out of commission and allowing Ghidorah to hijack Emma's plan.
Also, isn't ironic that Emma Russell accuses humanity of dominating and exploiting nature, when she herself is doing the same thing by forcibly awakening the Titans with the ORCA?
And in the end, she can't even really fix it. All she does in the climax is distract Ghidorah long enough for Godzilla to get his third wind. But the damage is still done; thousands–maybe even millions–of people are now dead. And even with all the benefits that the Titans bring, nobody can deny the havoc and destruction that they have caused, and it's going to be a long climb back to some semblance of normalcy.
"History shows again and again, how nature points out the folly of Man."
There's only two kaijus that we know would live underground: Megalon and Baragon.
I highly recommend it. It's awesome, and as far as I'm aware, it is the only Godzilla film to be made by a pacifist.
If that doesn't say awesome, then I don't know what does.
Godzilla x MechaGodzilla is not in the same continuity as GMK at all. Godzilla x MechaGodzilla and Tokyo S.O.S. take place in a completely separate continuity usually referred to as the Kiryu Saga.
The only films in the GMK continuity are the 1954 film and GMK. (And arguably the 1998 movie--Though its reference is really just an in-joke.)
The different continuities of the series are:

At the end of GMK, he was disintegrated until there was only a heart left, and the end .shot clearly showed it was still beating. Since, GAM is the next in the continuity and Godzilla returned, I at least THINK it's implied that it's the same Godzilla and he regenerated, BUT I don't know for sure since I still haven't seen GAM.
When did he ever regenerate from a heart?
... Woulda thought that second part would be more suited for GAM Godzilla since he regenerated from a heart... and before hand he had "soul energy" that completely exited him...
G. H. (Gman)
Wait, that's a thing?!!!
