Peter Jackson's King Kong checks those boxes (except for maybe super natural elements) for starters.

No, I never actually posted it. Gmkgoji, Flyleaf-Rapt0r, Titan of Water, dantefrancis, and I have been working on something called Godzilla Extinction and we've been working on it on a Google Doc. We usually crack jokes at one another when we don't really have time to write, but have time to talk. A couple months ago, I wrote this on there, and after a day or less I deleted it. So yeah... it's kinda lost to time. I'm going to try and rewrite a new version of it, though. Should be up soon.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot that you were doing that King Ghidorah is coming to town thing! I also forgot about "Mr. Fish." I didn't save the lyrics, and since my memory is poor and I did that about 2 months ago, it's probably lost to time. Ironically in reality I have sympathy for Shin Godzilla and feel sorta sorry for him. He just seems to live in such a miserable existence.

They knew about the Titans way back when Brooks and San show Conrad and Weaver the cave paintings of Godzilla, Rodan, Mothra, Ghidorah, and Godzilla fighting Ghidorah. They knew about their existence before the Skull Island incident.
Hmmm. I don't know what it is, but something about the timeline doesn't seem right. I really don't know but here's what I think does fit with the timeline:"Footage from U.S.S Scorpion submarine revealed(monsters)the and the Hollow Earth ruins predate all known human civilizations show ancient humans worshipped Titans. Forming symbolic relationships with some. Others scavenged fallen Titans for food, building structures from bones and hides. Massive horns(weapons) were created to replicate their calls. Called some of the creatures gods, The Old Ones, or Dragons. Every culture including worshipped their own Titan. Tribes built homes near benevolent Titan nests to protect against more hostile creatures. Evidence shows may have been developed telepathic communication with the creatures-coexistence. Attempted to control them, to use them for warfare. Some Titans rebelled against and their human masters. The massive cataclysm destroyed this advanced civilization. Triggered a war between man and monster. And other survivors scattered across the globe, forming colonies. As time passed, even oral tradition and were unable to preserve much knowledge of these ancient cultures. Found evidence of these colonies in Egypt, North America, Europe, Asia and South America. Titans were not invulnerable to and the geological catastrophes that followed. This cataclysm triggered the Ice Age, sending the Titans into hibernation with and the surviving pockets of humanity soon forgot their connection to the creatures. Lots of interesting ideas there. A bio weapon tailor made to sap energy from the creatures created by the military seems plausible for a plot. It is a better idea than a useless barrage of conventional warfare that never seems to work. I cannot speak to the rest except that I wouldn't want humans to win the day. Not that humanity would die off, but it needs the checks and balances from the creatures to keep humanity humble.
