Actually guys, he is going to be 492 feet tall, which is 150 meters. I did some research, and I looked up tall buildings. I found a tower that is the same exact height as godzilla. Look up on google the "Hess Tower". It is in downtown houston.

I looked online and found www.timeanddate.com ! In this site you can see what time is it in the world. After not being able to answer you before, I felt like I had to do better and find you that answer.

In San Diego, California (that uses Pacific Time) 5:44pm.

In Calgary, Ablerta Canada (for example) it's 6:44pm.

In this example, I can determine that if the trailer here in America is 10am then it would be 11am in Clagary, Alberta Canada. I hope this helps you pal.

@KAIJUFALL3: Thank You, I'm glad you liked my idea! I hadn't heard of that Greek mythical entity before, but sounds interesting. The Greek myth calls him Typhon (possible origin of the word typhoon. I like the name for it being Typhoon, as it is a 'neutral name' (aka don't want my creature to not be seen as a boy or girl). However, another word for Typhoon is Tempest. Does "Tempest" sound better or worse? Either way I thank you for naming my monster concept :)

To be quicker, I will describe this interesting Kaiju Koncept.

Name: [Okay, no name yet]

Species: Energy Cloud Creature

Description: Think of a thunderstorm, dark and chance of lightning. Instead of bio-chemical processes (or electrical processes like in machines) this creature has an unidentified energy as its "consciousness"/bodily processes. It is intelligent and, like Earth clouds, and reshape itself into whatever form it desires.

Strengths: Fires long-ranged energy attacks; most attacks will go through it harmlessly; doesn't breath.

Weaknesses: Being an energy cloud creature has its drawbacks. First, like any machine, giving it too much energy will cause the creature to be destroyed. Second, it must recharge itself by "drinking" the electrical energy from this planet. It can be starved to death. Third, despite being mostly gaseous it's still solid enough to be affected by explosions. Enough explosions, or one big massive explosion, will destroy it.

Energy Cloud Creature vs 2014 American Godzilla: At round 1 the Energy Cloud Creature would do well, staying in the sky and dealing strange energy attacks to the American Godzilla. However, having to crank up the amp to a level to even hurt our monster would take a toll and force the cloud creature to recharge itself.  This would present the chance for our intelligent American Godzilla to finish it off (probably take the city their in with it).

I would offer an opinion, but it really doesn't matter. Even if it's just 101 meters, he'll be the tallest Godzilla to ever hit the big screen. His height is truly irrelevant anyway. No matter how big he is, he's still Godzilla.

This whole thing about his height really needs to stop in my opinion, if I'm being perfectly honest.

It was a random named Oleg Gaiko who stated this information first, and somehow everyone is taking it as fact. Now, if he's right, hallelujah. If he's wrong, I won't be surprised. Remember that one of the higher ups on this site stated that they believed the trailer to come November 3rd, and that they had "reputable sources" and "strong evidence" to support the statement. It turned out to be nothing more than exactly what it was, speculation and wishful thinking.

Honestly everyone, you should stop trying to predict dates and times. The trailer will arrive when it arrives, and regardless of what time it drops or what day it drops, it's not the movie that we're waiting for. For something as simple as a trailer to be generating so much excitement and speculation boggles my mind, and I'm about as hardcore a G-fan as you can get. Just sit back and let the trailer arrive already.

It's been a reboot this entire time.

That means by definition that none of the other known films are canon, nor are they included in the storyline of the film.

Having said that, there was some information tossed around before that stated we may have a segment devoted to 1954, but what that means is yet to be fully understood. However, regardless of whether we take a trip down memory lane or not, there will not be any references to previous films as this movie is in fact a reboot to the franchise in America.

It's going to ignore all previous installments by definition.
