I would want to be his first victim
the international poster is the best out of all of them.
the new posters are the best ones. they can't keep his face a secret forever.
We have to remember this storyline is a lot deeper than what we're used to, but if he dies, I will cry.
actually the two designs are the same, the big diffrence is that the the final design has less teeth that are much bigger than the expo godzilla teeth
The flying MUTO would probably be white.
@Deadite Kaiju meh 6- 10 dollars isnt that much but another reasoon why I like doing so is to hear how audience are gonna react compare to the last trailer.
Absolutely! :D
Well to normal viewers, seeing destruction and death amongst the city that godzilla will destroy, they will see that as a sad thing. To godzilla fans, thats just the way godzilla movies go. So they'll only cry if he dies, but I might be wrong.
The only way that Godzilla can die is if his heart is melting down. Otherwise, the army is not supposed to kill Godzilla, unless the Mutos do something about it.
The new pic makes me like the MUTO more...now that we see it better anyway...the creature looks more unique...people better no say it's cloverfiled ripoff cause just looks at the different physical characteristics it has
Maybe that means he will die?
The only thing that will make a true godzilla fan cry is if godzilla dies.
I have no dought that it will be emotoinal because just by watching the trailer you can tell it will be a griping experiance on people
I'd love to play a Godzilla game as the military, think something like Shadow of the Colossus where the entire game is just giant boss battles
Godzilla's merchandise, especially the videogames in particular. Sadly unlike you guys I do not share such a deep, rich bond with the movies, for I was born too late (1999 to be exact)to live through the era.
I will love to see how Muto plays.
Its clearly an insectoid form of Gyaos!
As for Cloverfield, yes it immediately reminds me of that which is VERY unfortunate but I definately see the Starship Troopers inspiration too which is awesome.
Your right Daikaiju_Danielle he does look like a demon with them, thanks for pointing that out. This could be are Godzilla Vs Satan movie lol.
@AggressiveKaiju45
Yes, he does in fact. Of course, it's pretty clear that particular anatomy doesn't match up with the creature in the photo.
Godzilla-Unleashed would have been amazing if the ps2 had the same gameplay as the wii. But my most absolute favourite was Godzilla Domination for the gameboy advance sp. Thats the game that first introduced me to godzilla and the others.
Does godzilla even have an actual anatomy? He is composed of nuclear energy
Well you certainly have an eye for detail ;)
You do make an excellent poin there TW_G-FAN2014, but people thought the idea of a reboot about a 500 foot radioactive nuclear lizard who breathes atomic energy whenever is spine lights up would be unrealistic, and look how that turned out!
You are still quite right though, even I can't imagine a way to make the old toho monsters realistic but seeing what graphic designers are capable of doing in the movie industry (pacific rim for instance) we can't dismiss the idea.
ON THE OCULUS RIFT!!!!!!!!
Nah, 300 isn't really my thing. I liked the first one but I'm not a fan. I wouldn't go to watch 300 to watch the Godzilla trailer. Waste of money and time since I'm not into 300. It would be nice to see the trailer on the big screen but I have watched the trailer so many times it wouldn't make a difference.
I have a question though, are those red marks on the side of his head his eyes? :O
I love the hooves! It makes him look like a demon. :)
I like the license expo one better because as the director of pacific rim said...you should never make the kaiju's facial expression an angry one because that would mean he's always angry. It would be interesting to see godzilla express his emotions better.
Looks like the MUTO from the SDCC 2013 comicon footage.
I love the whole suitmation shape it takes at this angle. It totally looks like something off-the-wall Toho, Daiei or Tsuburaya Productions would've attempted with suitmation, and puppetry for the longer front arms, in the 1960s. Particularly Tsuburaya. This would've made a great Ultraman foe.
God I love this creature design. I like how its similar to Godzilla in the respect that it doesn't really look like any ONE type of known animal. Godzilla looks like a mammal, dinosaur, crocodile, lizard, creature, beast soup. Muto looks like a bug, fish, lizard, humanoid, monkey, arachnid soup.
Noticed that it also opens as well, after it hits the tracks.
MUTO toy looks robotic. Im lovin the Godzilla figure better than in the last photos which look horribly painted.
