And Back To The Ocean was a hauntingly beautiful piece in G'14's score.
Ok, admit that there were some high points you MonsterVerse hater. Mcreary succeeded at making an amazing score but never made a moving piece in the slightest. The end of Hong Kong's score was moving being reminiscent of Stranger Things and The Snyder Cut and accomplished it's goal of being the end of a conflict. It feels very similar to the end of G'14's score when Godzilla leaves to the ocean again.
SarcasticGoji,
I don't think we're going to see Godzilla fight any monsters. It's just not what this series has been building toward. The other monsters seems to be directly caused by him in some way as a harbinger of his arrival--building up little at a time--Including Salunga. I think it will come down to how humanity stops Godzilla.
Holkenborg's a hack. He's just a sound engineer who got lucky and was promoted to composer who successfully wrote the worst score of the franchise. I'll take Riichiro Manabe's wonky, weird themes over anything "Junkie" has done. At least Manabe made some interesting sounds.
I think Salunga has a part to play, but it’s not really based on much information. I don’t really agree with the theory, but If it has any grounds, I would expect the good and evil roles to be reversed. Plus I don’t think many fans would be happy if the build up didn’t pay off in a godzilla fight.
Another note about this show. It seems like it’s ripped right out of the showa era and I love it.
I would kill to watch Godzilla shove a tree down Kong's throat. ROLE REVERSAL TIME!!!
Bear Mcreary Actually paid homage to the original themes and just remastered them. Tom Holkenberg just used the same types of chords but randomly not really seeming to care where it went
SPOILERS:
We'll see. The thing is Godzilla has ready been established as the creature of the end of times, so I don't really see Salunga playing a big part either way.
After all, the Diagonalizer experiment was a failure.
Im not very convinced of that, It didn’t die. As for proof of that we see a shot of it as giant and in an urban area.

SarcasticGoji,
I'm not particularly concerned about Salunga at this point. Nor do I think he'll have anything to do with Godzilla.
Ive seen theories that Godzilla Ultima isn’t evil but Salunga is, and Godzilla is meant to stop Salunga. It was interesting. But either way the world will end.
This isn't really a defining moment, but I really thought the score in GVK was just ok. But fast forward the Hong Kong part of the score to 10:40 and listen till the end. Absolutely a masterpiece by Tom Holkenborg even though Bear Mcreary did ol' Goji better.
Given how powerful Godzilla Terrestria is, we're in for something world altering--Maybe literally, given where this Godzilla may have come from...
To be fair we are comparing KG against a kaiju that doesn’t exist. The fourth form of shin godzilla isn’t its final form.
King Ghidorah. Through my knowledge, (I think) Godzilla has never beat Ghidorah nor Mechagodzilla without some sort of help.
Im avoiding those sites because it’s illegal and robs the creators the chance to make profit off of their creation.
i know this website to see godzilla singular point & he hasn't come out yet but he seems very very powerful
No one can say Godzilla Amphibivia isn’t Godzilla aftre seeing that scene
id say hes gonna be pretty stupid strong because (judging by the preivews) he causes at least 2 nucleur bomb level explosions thrueghout the series.
I think Ultima could. Unlike the Evolution of Shin which seems driven by its environment, Ultima evolves in steps to a final form. It’s not random it’s planned. Like it’s trying to become something like a deity, not a perfect animal.
SarcasticGoji If Singular Point at some point did have Ghidorah, would you think the Big G would win with or without help?
Anyway Singular Point won’t have Ghidorah in it, and it looks like Godzilla will be fighting against Salunga.
No godzilla has done that.
Actually hesei has, so Hesei is strongest then. But that doesn’t work, they’d have to been the same Ghidorah with the same power level
I think any godzilla could do that though.
Nah, the strongest Godzilla is the one who can beat either King Ghidorah or Mechagodzilla without help.
Hesei Gamera is actually OP, he might win this one
Love the throwback. Brings back memories.
If it can do this it's OP:

Godzilla. He has more advantage in this battle. But I have never seen a single Gamera movie so don't take my word for it..
Toho is kind of Cheeky that way. (I know orange and bones are making it but still.) After 2014 they made shin Godzilla stronger and taller. Then godzilla earth, who is definitely stronger and if you read the time line, AT 150 feet. So I feel like this trend will continue
Legendary Godzilla is better than Gamera but i think Gamera wins.
