Leopardon is a giant robot from a 1970's japanese Spider-Man show called "Supaidaman", in which Takuya Yamashiro has a giant robot called "Leopardon".

I remember when I was in a HUGE "cryptid" phase, just obsessing over cryptids (the Mothman is my favorite,) so yeah, the Jersey Devil is awesome! 

I would love to see the Matango come back in some form.
For instance, they could bring it back as a spore-producing hive like in Monster of Monsters.

Oh, I agree. Labelling all of them as "Titanus X" isn't just unscientific, it's rather unimaginative. I actually went and came up with some of my own.

Titanus Yamata No Orichi, not to nitpick but I think the monsterverse needs to change its binomial names because this name and the others violates how these genus and species names work.

Epescially this one: Titanus being the genus is fine with if it was pertaining to all these creatures with this draconic body type, Yamata is also fine regarding its a species of this Titanus, No would be its subspecies but what Orichi? currently there isn't no such thing as an infra-species.

Then again all the kaiju being placed under the genus Titanus doesn't make sense either since Godzilla is a clear dinosaurian, Rodan being a pterosaur, Mothra is a Moth, and King Ghidorah is an extraterrestrial

Ghidorah's DNA... MUTO's DNA... Unknown captured specimens DNA... combined to make... GIGAN. Yeah yeah... I know TOHO hasn't given the rights for that character... that we know of. Who know what goes on behind closed doors anyway. None of us can be a fly on the wall listening to TOHO and Legendary and WB executives having discussions about the future of the Monsterverse and what it could mean for all involved. Marvel built their empire on Iron Man and Captain America... so... why not do the same with the Monsterverse... with Kong and Godzilla ? It's wishful thinking on my part but... what if ?

Oh darn, I wish I had seen this yesterday so I could've watched Final Wars in commemoration. Very interesting article, the behind-the-scenes of movies is always fascinating. As usual, I get the complaints leveled against this movie, and I see how this was a disappointing finale, but I can't bring myself to change my opinion of it. It's so unapologetically insane and plain fun to watch that I'll just have to respectfully disagree with the general consensus. It still sits next to Shin as my co-favorite G-flick, each for precisely opposing reasons.

I feel like Anguirus, Baragon, Varan, Manda, Kamacuras, Kumonga, Ebirah, Gezora, Ganimes, and Kamoebas would all fit really well in the MonsterVerse.
