Actually I heard of a tweet sent out by orange (the people making the series) saying that that WAS in fact hedrah and that he IS made of some sort of clear,liquidly substance.  so it is in fact a water hedrah

The promo image for Battle Line looks like a "Defender vs Destroyer" scenario.

In the movies, Biollante and Heisei Mechagodzilla were portrayed as defenders of Japan, Godzilla and Mothra are Earth defenders, so that might be why they are on the same side.

...or maybe I'm just overthinking it...

I don't know if the Singular Point Hedorah is actually made of water, I just made that comment because it looked like it was.

Based on a screenshot I found, It looks like some form of Hedorah will show up in Singular Point.

I always thought that the Gryphon and Probe Bats from the unmade Tristar "Godzilla 94" script were pretty cool. Aliens sending a probe that collects the DNA of Earth's creatures and using it to create a mutant world conquering monster is a pretty interesting idea (kind of similar to Orga, in a way).

Terry Rossio did write that script, and is currently working on the MonsterVerse, so maybe there's a small chance that we could see them return...

Damn, I still can't edit after posting. I'm having a bad lightning storm so I didn't want to loose my progress of this post.

Bagan abilities varied from his two debut films. In the earlier scripts of Return of Godzilla where Bagan was a shapeshifter and had the ability to heal himself. Bagan looked like a hodgepodge of a bunch of kaiju

In the cancelled Mothra vs Bagan (resembling the monster from the post image) Bagan can fire an energy beam from his mouth. He had an attack where he can shoot lightning bolt from his main nasal horn, and the ability to generate energy wings out of his back.

He would appear in the SuperGodzilla video game, his design based on the MvB design. He would have a slash attack, an attack called a Diamond Storm where he would shoot white star-shaped projectiles from his horns, he could also breathe out a white plasma beam attacked and generate a forcefield around himself for protection. He has the strongest attack as well as the largest health pool.

I would be fine if a MonsterVerse Baby Godzilla had some resemblance to Minilla (As a way of referencing the older movies), as long as they don't make him too goofy looking.

If they mixed small traits from Minilla, Baby Godzilla (1993), Godzilla Jr (1995) and the MonsterVerse Godzilla I think the design could work.

Do you think there's any specific reason as to why it looks similar to Titanosaurus?

Omg Xenotaris, Ghidorah is literally galvatorn!! XD. Now I'm expecting Ghidorah to come back in the next movie with his whole body, all three of his heads, but a totally different look. Which might actually work better than galavatro because they can explain it better with the regen ability.

Anyway, if mechaG and gypsy were fighting with the same height and speed, then MechaG. Same height but speeds shown in respective movie? MechaG. Movie respective heights but slower speed for MechaG? Gypsy.   As they were originally shown in their respective movie? MechaG.

In short, Mechagodzilla takes the cake in most scenarios. It would be an entertaining fight though, not to mention Gypsy's skill depends on the pilot, but the point still stands.

Without heavy spoilers, since I'm the only one here who has seen the show so far, I'll say this much. There is no confirmation that this is "THE" Godzilla in the show. There's also no indication yet that he evolves like in Shin Godzilla. So far it seems to be a totally different creature.

My theory is it's some sort of sub and/or related species to Godzilla.

But I haven't seen enough of it yet, so there's really no details.
