Ahaha... haa...haha oh god. No. Nonono. No. Man of Steel -despite it's questionalble quality- featured one of if not the most reknowned superheroes of all time and all together it only pulled in less than 300mil. The mere thought of something as niche as Godzilla pulling in more than that is absolutely hilarious to me.

I've been very active on IMDb Godzilla board and I've had so much fun reading people's questions to The Real Godzilla. His answers are hilarious! XD

I agree with Godzilla Himself. Godzilla's a survivor. He is hit by bullets, bombs, missiles, fire, electricity, freeze rays, masers, lasers, phasers, tasers and other energy attacks on a almost daily basis. He is constantly fighting other monsters and getting blasted in the balls by King Ghidorah's Gravity Beams. Godzilla took a f*cking black hole head-on and it didn't stop him (the first time). I think that Godzilla is at least in the top 10 of most dangerous/powerful fictional characters.

back when i had godzilla games( i plan on getting more again belive me) i was like that with every monster, i loved that game.

It is very good. I did not was impressed back them in with the first official theatrical trailer ever since they did not show good Godzilla pics, and I did not understand how everyone were so excited with it because they did not show much at all; but with this little add I am happy now.

WHat I see, as it has already discussed, the movie will have an emotional approach, like is being featured here where the soldier and his wife are saying goodbye to each other; but in one pic they are TOO close, and I hope the film does not feature a "last moment together as couple" scene, do you understand what I mean. My 10-year young cousin is raging to go the film with the family at the cinema, so my uncle and I do not want uncomfortable moments for the kids

Actually it could be as you say i mean when 2 animals fight its obvious that they destroy each others body, now imagine godzilla against the mutos... goji is going to take some damage like cracked spines

Alright, in my Chess game, the white side is made up of "Earth Defender" Kaiju, and the black side pieces are the forces of invading aliens.

White Side

King: Godzilla (Godzilla is the King of the Monsters, and his lumbering pace makes him a perfect match for the King piece, which only moves one space at a time.)

Queen: Mothra (She is probably the fastest Earth Defender, and the Queen is the most mobile piece. She is also the only explicitly female Kaiju other than Biollante.)

Bishop: Rodan

Knight: Anguirus

Rook: Gotengo

Pawn: Zilla (Obviously, they are the weakest of the kaiju, and it makes sense for there to be a lot of them because of the way they produce so many offspring at once.)

Black Side

King: Mothership (It would make sense for this to be the leader of an alien invasion, and motherships tend to be huge and slow.)

Queen: King Ghidorah (He is the most powerful and fastest of the "Alien" Kaiju in this game.)

Bishop: Gigan

Knight: Mechagodzilla

Rook: Megalon

Pawn: Flying Saucer

if were talking usa, godzilla will probably win. in the usa frozen made 399 million. im expecting godzilla to get around 550 million in usa.

I highly doubt that Godzilla will make more money than FROZEN because frozen is a disney movie and its based on one of hans christians best books and has great musical as well and thats what gave it the road to earn a billion at the Box Office.

but i dont care if godzilla beats all movies or wins an academy award or anything,

as long as its a BOX Office success and gets good reviews and feedbacks from fans critics and normal audiences, Im perfectly happy.

If you look at Gojira2k's bottom photo and zoom in (hold CTRL + roll middle mouse forward) you can see the webbing on Godzilla's hands between his fingers used for swimming. Pretty cool.

I'd like to see a sequel to 1964's Mothra vs Godzilla in which one of the young Mothra is captured by Futurians, brain washed, and taken to the future to battle the Heisei Godzilla in all of his massive goodness. The other Mothra searches for decades, unable to find it's sibling. Eventually the now Evil Mothra emerges and we get Mothra vs Evil Mothra vs Godzilla action. But who's this mysterious player/giant monster in the shadows? Somone new? Or is it Gigan, King Ghidorah, or even just the Futurian flying saucer turning into a robot. Either way, I'd watch it. And the human drama could be based around the descendants of the characters from the 1964 film. I can see it now; A young reporter, her best friend, and their strange friends that likes eggs a little too much sought out by the Small Beauties to seek out the futurians in their hidden flying saucer and free Mothra from their influence before it can be unleashed upon the world. That's just what I would like to see, though.

i have a feeling he is from an undiscovered group of animals in the new movie, same with the mutos. 

1) Gojira 1954 - Godzilla's attack on Tokyo.

2) Ghidorah, The Three Headed Monster - The final battle between Godzilla, Rodan, Mothra and King Ghidorah.

3) Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla - Mechagodzilla reveals himself under his Godzilla disguise.

4) Godzilla 1985 - Godzilla attacks the nuclear refinery

5) Godzilla vs. Biollante - Godzilla attacks Osaka at night, soldiers attack with missiles

6) Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah - WW2 battle scene with Godzillasaurus

7) Godzilla vs. Destroyah - Destroyah goes into his final form.

8) Godzilla X Mechagodzilla - Final Battle between Godzilla and Kiryu

9) Godzilla Tokyo S.O.S - Godzilla battles Mothra at sunset

10) BONUS - Godzilla 98' - Zilla's first appearance at the docks.

while im sure godzilla will be a better movie, it wont do as well as frozen, the kaiju genre is still not the most popular. besides frozens audiance was huge because of all the kids and their parents going to see it.

the way i see it, godzilla may not have or does not know how to use ludicrously powerfull abilities, but he can take pretty much anything, basically, he is a survivor and he never stops coming. 

also, after watching gmk, i have a feeling that most energy attacks  against godzilla would completely backfire, and most characters most powerfull weapons are energy attacks.
