Hey Destoroyahx you are right, here the new one for a direct comparison

The Muto is new. It wasn't there before! #Postproduction

Haha, the responses to this topic reminded me of Godzilla in the Marvel comics....
Well that airport scene at the end with the body shot of Godzilla, confirms what everyone who saw that whole footage has been saying, it looks awesome.
The CGI of his body in the last frames look better than everything in Avatar, I know you can't compare the movies but it looks much more realistic (also with the colors) and not "plastic" and overcolored.
Maybe Godzilla will replace Avatar as the movie with the best CGI ever :D
From listening it repeatedly, these are my guessed for what Sandra Brody said:
"Joe, listen to me!"
"You have to leave before I return.(?)"
It was hard to make out, the last part is especially difficult.

I'm not sure, but I see this:

Actually I didn't make the head large enough, the shiny pink bit is the skin at the sides of the mouth, you can't see the inside of its mouth from this angle. The mouth comes down wide open and closes as it passes through.
Dang... Thanks for replying SOMETHING REAL. The great thing about this trailer is that the CGI looks astoundingly better from the others.
I am extremely hyped.
Can anyone please tell me what the wife is saying to Joe Brody? It's really hard to make out and I want to know what she said to him.
That scene seriously gives me the tears. ;(
I said sunset but the time says 20:42. Maybe midnight if it can go over 100mph.

Wait is that MUTO 1 screen meant to be Japanese TV? Maybe this is more complicated than I thought.
I think this is the only shot we've seen of this Muto apart from the helicopter shot of one displayed on the 'MUTO 2' screen in the extended look trailer.
It's 417 miles to San Francisco, I reckon it can get there before sunset if it hurries.
Wow. She is larger than I thought she'd be.
@ Bodzilla
Thank you, I watched this scene so often in many trailers but I didn't recognize the MUTO walking in the background! That is great!!!
Can somebody make a HD screenshot of the last frames in 0:20? I think it's the 8 legged Muto.
To the trailer: WOW, there is a lot of new footage in it, and the last scene is... can't find the words. A pity that they stopped the scene before seeing his angry face :D
At the scene at 0:20 you can see the Muto walking away from Las Vegas, is that new?
It's right on the horizon, only appears in the last few frames.
It looks huge!

Great find! That trailer was epic >:]
@GMAN2887 - Again, I've been through it all, trust me. The fandom and I are old friends. I said FW was the strongest by feats and he is, maybe not the most durable but his power is superior to any other version, both in physical strength( throwing Kumonga far over the visible horizon with little difficulty )and in weaponry( Killing nearly all his oponents with a single atomic ray, with a very small charge up at that). And he aslo obtains infinite power at the movie's end, going beyond even Keizer Ghidorah in power. Placing FW Godzilla at the top of the list isn't presumptuous at all. It was simply a process of elimination that took far longer than it should have.
Yes it is the Muto's head but it's biting from in front as opposed to down from above as I thought previously. Simply put, if its mouth and throat were bigger the tram would be driving down it.
King Ghidorah will always have my heart outside of Godzilla. Truly a magnificant and classic creation. I've can't say I've "hated" any of his incarnations and he always provides a fun battle for Godzilla.
Outside Toho I have to go with Gamera. The Showa movies were pretty rough, but the Heisei Trilogy introduced a monster with complexity. I never thought I would feel for a monster's heroism like I did for Gamera.
There are plenty in the fandom, especially on this board, that would argue Burning Godzilla was more powerful-- being that he was dying from a power overload that would have destroyed the world.
Others will point out that the Godzilla in the vs. Megaguirus timeline survived a black hole. Twice.
I don't personally care to go too far into these debates as I become less and less interested with how "strong" monsters are in movies. But claiming the Final Wars timeline Godzilla is the most powerful is, I would surmise, a little presumptuous.
@GMAN2887 - According to feats he is. If anyone wants to argue that point they know how to contact me.
^Well first you have to convince the fandom that's Godzilla's strongest incarnation. Good luck...
@GMAN2887 - I agree that this new Godzilla would be in trouble, but as for FW Godzilla, I've been in far too many debates over the subject dating back to when I first saw the movie back in 2006. I've lost count on how many versus threads I've been through. At this point Its impossible for anyone to convince me that Gamera can stand up to the king's strongest incarnation. So we'll agree to disagree lol.
Ooops! Forgot we were talking about the new Godzilla. Well in that case I think Turtlezilla has the edge, a slight edge. But on a side note, FW Godzilla Rage-stomps the turtle, and hard ;)
^And Monster X still survived. After all, Gamera has been able to absorb energy blasts before:
(@ 2:06)
Gamera ditches out about as much as he takes and that's a great deal. The Godzilla vs. Gamera debate will continue until Toho and Daiei make a movie that will never happen, but the fact is Gamera would provide a massive challenge to Godzilla. And Godzilla fans are in denial to think otherwise.
That being said, the original poster is egging on a debate about the Legendary Godzilla against the Heisei Gamera. Until we see more of what this Godzilla is capable of (and right now we don't know if he's retained the regeneration of prior Godzillas or how strong his atomic ray is) I'm willing to bet the Heisei Gamera, who is a walking swiss army knife of pull-out-of-your-ass powers, has the upper hand.
Plus, Gamera has a Mach 4 air advantage and Legendary's Godzilla looks non too mobile. I'm willing to bet he'd fly multiple circles around this Godzilla, then knock him off his feet before he had a chance to turn.
I guess it's a fun little article for people who don't know much about the franchise, but some of the info is a lot of fan conjecture an eyerolling amount of bad grammar. And the Shinsei Era? I haven't heard anyone call the Millennium series that since before Final Wars. I can't believe that non-word was used here...
Eh, whatever.
I like all of them the same... but if I'd have to pick...
I'd pick godzilla's revenge... that's just a best of showa godzilla compilation with a story arch of an obnoxius child thrown into it...
and am I the only person on here who like godzilla vs space godzilla?
@GMAN2887 - Thats cute. Try this.
Feats? Check, and don't even let me get started on the damage calcs for Godzilla tanking a meteor and not even flinching before battling the monster that rode the meteor into his face. Godzilla murder-stomps the power turtle, and hard.
