They were keeping him contained in a volcano? I thought he was just naturally there.... Maybe they mean the volcano can't contain him anymore? I don't know.....

Can't wait to see how badly that goes and when this happens: "It was at this moment that Monarch realized ... they had ****ed up" HOORAY FOR INCREDIBLY DEAD MEMES!!!! Though a better fit for that would be when they INTENTIONALLY wake up Ghidorah..... if they all die, that's natural selection at its finest......

I never said this, but I will now: Such a poorly-rushed execution on the marketing with this one. Instead of using shots that look like it would actually be from a real security camera or found footage, they decided to use shots from the trailers and call that found-footage. A stark contrast to what they used for Mothra. So disappointing.

JHT That's what the marketing says, but I know otherwise. (IF you have seen the previous trailers and TV spots, that is.)

No I mean for example the mothra monarch alert shows a part where mothra is looking down at the screen that was never seen before and a part where she is flying and screams in a clip that was never seen before in any trailer or tv spot this rodan clip does show one clip of him opening his eye and emerging from the volcano which was seen before but there was also a clip of him flying that was never scene.

Rodan's scream is so cool here. Honestly I'm loving it right now. It's shriller than the old one, but that just makes it scarier.

JHT Do you mean the clip of Rodan flying with his talons out? If so, then (If you hadn't noticed), they just zoomed in on the shot of when Rodan goes to fight Ghidorah (hence the low quality).

Also, I finally heard Rodan's roar, and it does sound generic. Hopefully, it sounds better in the film.

I hope they give him back his heat beam ability.
