Someone lost his arm. :(

I need to find a replacement, but can someone help me ID him so I can start my search? He is from 1998, pictures below showing the sticker and the stamp on his feet. Thank you! ^_^

I wanna say that's an X-Plus figure, but I'm not sure. Forgive me, if I'm wrong.

I thought it was an American X-Plus release of one of the 1964 figures too, but no--It's not adding up. I'm asking around myself.

Looks like it's a bootleg of the Kaiyodo, garage kit, 1964 Godzilla. According to Clubtokyo the "Toho-Toho Eiga" and "Toho Eiga" were the bootlegs' stamp.
