i go to a con called dragon con and matt frank was there so i asked are you going to make a muto neo and he showed me his concept book and he showed me the muto neo skecthes they are just begining the winged one will have 4 wings and the female will be a littlle diffrent to the films according to the concept

from what i saw which was a basic doodle concept thing i liked it btw if you ever get the chance to meet him i recomend it he is an awesome guy
