Could Godzilla be able to create small yet deadly earthquake as an offensive maneuver

This is just a fan idea, not something official or anything, just a fan idea.

Will Godzilla be able to create a small earthquake by stomping his foot on the ground with sheer force that it could agitate similar size foes. Judging from his feet design and the way he fought the Femuto in the finale of the movie, where he pushes her, kicks her with his knee and attempts to crush her face with his foot.

Anyway, this is just a fan idea that I just had on my mind and I'm not really an expert of physics and biology so I'm sorry if I get things wrong.
