Rodan wasnt in the movie. He never was meant to be in the movie. Why did people keep saying that the Winged Muto was Rodan?

I don't know what Rodan is, so I can't say anything. Sometimes people see things that have a resemblance to something else and think it's that something else.

That said, there's no need to call people idiots just because they think something.

GIGAN3001 - Perhaps they simply can not accept the fact that their theories regarding the film were inaccurate. Some people are simply extremely tenacious with regards to the theories they form - even to a fault. You should look to them and learn from what you see; never hold onto a theory when it has been unquestionably shown as incorrect. :)
