Godzilla score on IMDb

I know, I don't think it will get lower than a 7. That's what happens when a lot of people give mixed reviews. At least it is still above a 7 and as long as we all enjoyed it, it doesn't matter what rating it gets.

I hope Gareth still gets to direct a sequel, and I'm sure if that's the case, next time he'll be able to include more godzilla....but really, I just want the sequel to be more than just monster mash, which this film did really well...got my hopes up, but for now I'm enjoying this movie :)

Most people just see it as a giant monster movie and doesn't really review the stories that they have to offer. It's pretty sad actually how that score is close to the Pacific Rim rating which had a worse plot and the actors were'nt as good
