Whoa... Easy, Sparkzilla. I'm a historian, not an authority. I might lock this down because it puts a member (me) on a pedistal that doesn't exactly deserve it. A PM would've worked, buddy.
That said. I'll get to it at some point, I promise. But I'm probably not going to write anything or express my opinion too much until after the weekend. I intend on seeing it again and letting the movie sink in for a few more days. I'll probably post a review on the Scified Godzilla Review Page, (which everyone should do) but I'll probably have more visceral thoughts on my Scified Column, Japanese Sci-Fi & Fantasy. And to promote a little shameless advertising, I typically alert people when I have a new article on my new twitter.
I appreciate you valuing my opinion and I'll let it be heard eventually, but for now just enjoy the movie. Or if you didn't like it, don't enjoy it. Your call.
