What if....

Well if you saw the extended look trailer to the movie, you'll remember the people and that woman bing trapped with the radiation leak. Now, I'm just speculating like everyone else, but what if the mutos turned out the be those people all fused together and spilt off into different mind sets, bodies and agendas. Like, what if the woman had mutated into some kind of Queen muto, and everyone else fused together, transformed and well....You know. 

Im pretty sure I'm not making any sense, it's late at night and woke up thinking about this.
