Since One Of The Mutos Was Diving Itno Water Maybe Gozilla Was Putting Some Stress On Him But Then Again Why Dive Into Godzilla's Territory? Maybe His Atomic Heat Ray Knocked The Muto Out Of The Sky?

Heck, godzilla can breathe fire, swim, and is a reptilian( although due to his gills, he might be part amphibian also). Calling godzilla a dinosaur or a dragon is sort of correct but he's not exactly a normal animal. The MUTO falling into the water, I have no idea what caused it to do that.
