Godzilla returns to Japan

That's the thing though. I am not sure he isn't in Japan in this movie, the 2014 one. Because I remember back when Pacific Rim was getting released Del Toro said during the making of he and the director of Godzilla had to discuss which cities would be destroyed in each movie so they didn't do the same things. Basically my point is, I do not think the new Godzilla is 100% set in just the USA.

Godzilla will be attacking Hawaii and San Francisco. Those are the two main points of the destruction., at least from what we know.

Even when I don't think the movie is going to leave USA, more than to a quick explanation of the sinkholes; but who knows ^^
