MemberMothra LarvaeDec-13-2013 2:54 PMso yeah i did some research and it makes sense, rember in the latest trailer it shows Godzilla, walking around san fran, very early in the morning and the HALO jump was like the last attempt to kill him because they couldnt stop Godzilla in Japan and Hawaii, so they unleash a giant MUTO monster on him, remeber Godzilla kills him in the Comic-con teaser, so probably after Godzilla kills that monster the military use all their power and might for a final assult on Godzilla. then they think he's dead, but then as the dust clears Godzilla turns around and everything and everyone goes silent then.... RROOOOOAAAARRRRRRR (skreeonk) remeber that this happens later in the morning. so what do u think guys, i think it's nice if the movie ends like this also it sets us up for an even more EPIC sequel

MemberGodzillaDec-13-2013 3:00 PMThat would set up a sequel nicely. It would be awesome (the sequel, not so much the cliff hanger).

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-13-2013 3:59 PMThe scene of him rising out of the rubble is probably somewhere in the middle/late middle. My prediction is around 1:00 to 1:30 into the film.

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-13-2013 4:03 PMno @varan it cant be, its in san fran, the last city he attacks, he arrives at night has a fight in the airport, early in the morning he destroys most of the city, later in the morning he fights a monster and the military, the military's efforts are deemd usless. then victory roar. the end. good set up to sequel. thats it

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-13-2013 4:14 PMThis is all just speculation, nothing has been spoiled at all just because of people guessing about what we've seen. In all likelyhood, the clip at the end of the trailer is just from the middle of the movie, not the end. Besides, even if it is from the end of the movie, it's not like it really spoils anything, except that the military will hit Godzilla with some massive assault that will have no effect, which is pretty obviously going to happen anyway, and we know almost nothing about anything else that will happen in the film, what the other monsters will look like, or even what the atomic breath will be like. So don't worry about the movie being spoiled, basically.
