MemberMothra LarvaeDec-05-2013 10:14 PMHi, I'm new to this discussion board and have been reading a lot of the different Godzilla discussions for a while, so I finally decided to join. I am going to G-Fest for the first time in 2014 and looking into setting up in artist alley/dealers room. I'm a fantasy artist and have been working on Godzilla as well as other kaiju art. My question to everyone is: What kind of original art would you buy at G-Fest? Would you get portraits, full figure drawings of your favorite kaijus? Would you get prints and or drawings that would have different kaijus fighting? Black and white pencil, colored pencil, on toned paper, bristol board, or sketch cards? Colored illustrations on comic boards, even sketch cards? And what would your price range be? Would a drawing be more attracted to you that is matted? What does everyone think? I'm open to suggestions too. Thanks!

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-05-2013 10:40 PMHello! Welcome! I think everyone has different taste. Personally I love full figure drawings. Black and white is great, so is color. Comic boards is also cool! And I guess the price depends, but anything drawn by hand should have a good worth. Honestly, anything you put your heart into regarding kaiju will gain attention when it comes to the people who love giant monsters. Sorry I couldn't really help, I do beleive you will makes great works of art!

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-07-2013 8:17 PMWelcome LSARTSTUDIOS. I have to agree Akio123 with what I prefer. Also I think paintings would be really cool and fight scenes. When your finished, post your artwork and share it with the rest of us.
