Bagan will not be in this movie and will never be in any movie. Original monsters have already been confirmed for this movie. No Toho monsters like Ghidorah or Gigan. Bagan was scrapped along time ago and he probably won't see the light of day.

I've heard Bagan mentioned quite often on websites and fanzines. I've seen fan drawings of Bagan and think he would make a great opponent for Godzilla. I think Toho at one point had plans for using Bagan in a Godzilla movie but scrapped those plans. I wouldn't rule Bagan appearing in a future American Godzilla film.

I think they will make all original monsters. Now that doesn't mean they wouldn't be inspired from the classic monsters. I'm sure a Bagan inspired monster will crop up one day.... or something nastier than Bagan.
