I think the most recent related post was about four days ago. Legendary has stated, explicitly I might add, that all monsters, save Godzilla, will be original.
Now, if you're talking about a potential sequel, then I'd have to say either Gigan, Ghidorah, or Bagan.
But, if you're talking about the 2014 movie, please familiarize yourself with previously made discussions. Your topic may or may not have been discussed recently.
