MemberMothra LarvaeSep-16-2013 4:09 PMout of all the underused kaiju throughout the toho movies (varan, ebirah, battrah, baragon, kumonga, manda, hedorah etc...) which would best fit godzilla 2014's darker more realistic universe? I would love to know what you think.

MemberMothra LarvaeSep-16-2013 11:43 PMRemember how Biollante came about? Might be a good idea for Legendary to have another fan contest to create a new villain for the Big Guy in the next film. I just hope they don't EVER do Mothra. I hate that stupid, giant screaming moth and it's little fairy godmothers. That kind of mythological stuff might work for Japanese audiences, but it won't fly here. Pun intended. I always liked that two headed dragon from outer space, though. Can't really say Gedorah was "underused", however. Still, it was by far the coolest monster besides Godzilla itself.

MemberBaragonSep-17-2013 4:07 PMas far as team battles go i personaly like gigan ghidorah's team up and i would have to agree with zillahater i too would love to see godzilla duke it out with varan. varan is an awesome kaiju and we never got to see him duke it out with gojira at all and as updated either king ghidorah,rodan,varan,and anguirus

MemberMothra LarvaeSep-18-2013 5:56 AMBagan from the super NES godzilla game. He has a very cool design reminiscent of Baragon but is much larger and would present a greater threat. He also has not been used as an enemy in any of the films. May have to modernize him and update his backstory. Don't think any space monsters should be used in the first film.
