These look pretty good for what they are, I don't understand all the hate these are getting. I am going to be sure to pick these up.
warbat ? Boring name. Nozuki is much better.
Does anyone else think the "gravity" in the name could be somehow connected to king Ghidorah because he has gravity beams.
I like it :)
Well, I'll still get one and call it Nozuki. It's pretty cool looking. Will be interesting to see it in action in the movie.
Warbat, not the most iconic or creative name but I'll take it. Looks fascinating enough. I personally, prefer the name Nozuki though.
Well, they're kids toys. I do like the Skullcrawler.
Love Matt Frank's artwork.
That battle damage though! I wonder how movie accurate those injuries are going to be.
If Kong's ax is a dorsal plate and APEX made Kiryu from Dagon's skeleton, it's only logical that they made the ax from the Dagon skeleton for Kong. It would be very upsetting to see Godzilla loose a dorsal plate.

These look like great toys for kids and some collectors, much like early Marmit & Bandai vinyl figures.
NECA has done a great job with the various G figures with amazing detail and articulation. But no one should try to compare these with NECA or other high-end collectables.
I honestly don't care about the toys themselves. All I'm concerned about is what they tell us about the film.
Still keeping my fingers crossed for S.H. MonsterArts figures.
This is exactly what happened with Jurassic World (except worse) the company gave the lead toy rights to a trashy cheap company. Hasbro got the rights and made hideous embarrassments of toys that had nothing against the Kenner Jurassic Park figures and now NECA (who made amazing low priced Goji figs) lost the rights and now this bull company gets to take the lead. Let’s all look to the bright future S.H Monsterarts is hopefully holding for us
See, I hate it when fans trash on a Playmates Godzilla or Kong action figure. Guys, its a TOY. This is not a collectable like a s.h. monsterarts figure, so don't hold a cheaper made toy up to the standards of an a-grade meticulously designed collectors item. Sheesh.
The pic on the left is a studio shot and obviously has some photo-shopping done. As for the the pic on the right, anything photographed close up with a flash will lose definition. But again - it's a toy. It's not really meant to be a collectable. If I get ahold of one, I'll draw my own conclusions.
You know, this aircraft carrier scene is looking to be THE iconic shot from the movie. We've seen and heard the most about this particular scene, and you gotta admit that it's a very striking and standout image.
Well it certainly looks like it's from the title movie.
Considering Godzilla is still technically a bad guy I would fully support Kong winning, always found Godzilla a bit meh anyway.
I think Kong's size compared to Godzilla is perfect.

Kong can't beat 'The King of the Monsters'.....!
YES! Aircraft carrier battle confirmed fully and undeniably!
Very impressive! Looks like were getting some nice property destruction here. I really hope they sink the boat
That is definitely a Godzilla dorsal spike, no rock is blue. Unreal! Although we've known about the dorsal plate axe for a while it's nice to see some official images!
Also notice the hand that holds the axe is the same one with the battle damage - telling me that Godzilla or MechaGodzilla force Kong to lose his weapon and mess up his arm in the process.
Ain't no way anything can break Godzilla's plate or wound him. Recent films they make it popular to have his plates be his weakness after 60 years and now Legendary is jumping on that trend? Seriously? Why so Grewsome? Very upsetting. Killed Ghidorah and now this crap. The ax better be a rock and a tree and it better break. Feels like Game of Thrones shitting the bed. Should have gotten me to direct this epic showdown. Anyway Godzilla better win.
And so at last, Kong's Mighty Axe has been revealed to the world.
It's beautiful.
If i'm going to be honest, these look WAY better than the other playmates toys. I really do like these.
Hey, I found more images of the 2 revealed figures!

absolute dollar tree trash! I miss NECA already!
Um... I think it's--I-UM... THINK IT'S #RETRACTION-TIME!
Hey, I found a listing for the Kong figure, too! Right here!

@TheGman123 and I sincerely appreciate that! Progress is all about improvement and I will continue, along with the rest of our team, to strive for better reporting with each article we post. That's all we can do, after all! :)
Well, it looks like Godzilla's 2019 design will be retained. Are you sure this isn't an image of one of the KOTM figures from the other manufacturers?
I do not wish to argue, but to make my opinion clear, and if it is challenged, I WILL provide my defense. Your OPINION of the validity of my argument is also your opinion. This will hopefully settled when the "Teaser" comes out. All my opinion is, is that I don't expect much. Therefore I am not hoping for much in this first "teaser".
@G.H Gman
I'm sorry if I was rude in any way. If I repeat myself it is because I do not see solid evidence in another argument, but this could just be a matter of opinion and misreading.
I've been doing my due diligence trying to at least get people to see the good work on reporting news here, even if they don't particularly like how it's being presented here.
@TheGMan123,
I understand what you're saying, I unfortunately have never heard of and never seen a video by D Man1954, so I'm not really concerned with his opinion. Ironically Mr. H Reviews I am aware of and it cracks me up that he of all YouTubers would use the term clickbait for anything. Bit of a throwing of stones while living in a glass house situation. But again, YouTube is on the decline so I'm once again unphased by their opinion.
I'm not taking offense and not bothered by you at all, I wish to clarify. You've been a great member of this site for a while.
And yes, we do have an unfortunately mixed reputation, ironically instilled by malicious intent by those who deliberately tried to tarnish the site's reputation, if you recall the fabricated video from way back I mistook as an official leak. It was formulated and presented with the purpose of attacking this site. So, when you consider the reputation, you need to also consider the history and to be fair, the news we cover is legitimate. We do report on leads and rumors and it's only ever when we do that people lose their shit - as if rumor reporting has never existed on the internet. But alas, nothing we can do to change the minds of those who decide to hate us. Let em hate, they still follow and read what we write.
Even one of them signed up with my own name to try and make a mockery / tarnish my name further. It's childish, it's sad but it is the internet and as a site that is well known, unfortunately something we have to live with.
We're still reporting steady news on a weekly basis, we're still delivering facts and we will continue to do so into the future. Let the haters hate, imo. They can preach whatever they like to their limited and equally mentally limited fan base, I'll keep running my site how I see fit and I'll still report on rumors if they seem legitimate enough to do so.
You can't win em all, but you'll never hear them praise the times you were right, only the few times you're wrong. Oh well.

SarcasticGoji,
Then stop repeating yourself. The fact is while some teasers aren't shown in theaters, there's little reason to jump to a conclusion we'll get a 40 second Comic Con-esque, internet tease for another trailer in theaters. That never happens.
The source in question could also be using the word "teaser" very loosely. There's no definitive indication of something that's short or long and certainly no indication of anything that won't show monsters--Which would make for a fairly lackluster teaser.
Some sources, including Slashfilm don't even use the term "teaser" or "trailer" for this specific instance, merely "sneak peak".
