I understand that they joke with some movies of the Showa series, like "Godzilla vs Megalon", or "Son of Godzilla", that they are something difficult to take seriously, and I even suspect that when they wrote and recorded them, Toho's did not know either. they took them very seriously. I can understand that for someone who did not live neither the '90s or the 2000s, the Heisei Era designs become "too rough", and unable to appreciate them, they decide to mock to feign superiority. I can understand that by seeing how suspiciously similar to humans almost all the aliens in the Showa series are, rather than understanding it as a product of their time, or making the slightest intellectual effort to theorize that all those species are related, or that in reality, they are analagies to people, countries, ideologies, etc., of the real world, they are limited to mockery. I can understand you laughing at the way MireGoji and KiryuGoji's jaws open, ShodaiGoji and 84Goji's eyes, MosuGoji's used suits to MegaroGoji, BioGoji's "thighs of thunder" to DesuGoji, GMKGoji's rolling eyes, how GareGoji looks supposedly fat in some shots, how ShinGoji seems to have returned from intensive care after surviving a fire, how AniGoji looks like a vegan Zumo fighter with a steroid overdose, of the proportions from GyuraGoji / SPGoji, or how ToraGoji isn't even a Godzilla. Or more directly, I can understand that someone seems absurd or childish the concept of giant monsters, and is unable to see beyond just "Monsters Fools" crushing cities, and make fun of it.

Everything is fine with that, no one is the one to tell another what to laugh or not, what's more, I imagine that of everything I mentioned, many fans, if not all, would have made fun, even once, of something of the list, and that is not why we are disrespecting the actors, products, technicians, etc. of Toho (and other companies), or the victims of the actual atrocities that inspired these films. I understand that it is offensive to hear or read the stupidities of these false fans who follow Godzilla just because it is fashionable. In my case, I have had to find false fans so fired up in the cult of "GODzilla", who show that they are little children than those who fitted a cell phone or computer as a pacifier, and if you press them a little, no They take time to demonstrate their ignorance with phrases like - "Godzilla is immortal" - or - "Godzilla never loses" -, and if you screw them up a bit, they come out with - "Old movies don't count" -, and in the worst case - "Stop stirring the past, now things are like this" -.

And lastly, if those fans want to come to the fandom, well, let them come, and have the fandom read show that Godzilla and co is much bigger than just four Hollywood movies, and when they come out with the taunts, the fandom should let them stay in ridiculous how? Well, a true fan knows the good and the bad of the franchise that follows, while a fake fan, only knows the surface, and simply put, make them feel like Minilla surrounded by Kamakuras, while Godzilla not only watches, but supports. to insects.

I put my money on Monster Zero due to the fact that his gravity beams could mess up some electrical system in Mecha G. Also, he could be supercharged with electricity, making him more powerful.

Probably references, or the movies exist in the universe (not the kaiju, but the people watch the movies) and they’re named after the monsters

Also has the Cloverfield monster next to Gigan. I noticed that too - it's merely a homage to Kaiju in general, not necessarily indicative that Godzilla, Gamera, Cloverfield, etc... all reside in the same shared Pacific Rim universe. Surprised they got away with using those references to be honest, all those monsters are owned by different studios.

They're probably just meant to be Easter eggs. As far as Legendry planning something with them...

The director and writters of Pacific Rim 2 wanted to connect the series to the MonsterVerse.
