No, the article claimed he wasn’t in the movie, even though he was in the very first scene. and the picture they used was a photoshopped frame of him, from the movie.
Alright, I'm going to do some quick math here. #10's length is almost equivalent to mechaG's height, and mechaG is about Goji's height. So if Goji were to pick up #10, their size ratio should be similar to when mechaG picked up the skullcrawler. Take in mind that #10 was also able to wrap it's tail around mechaG (I think he did anyway) meaning he's longer then the robot. In the photo, it looks like #10 is able to wrap it's tail around Goji. Long story short, the monster's size ration looks good. That, or I completely over thought this and I suck at math. Please don't get stressed or mad, This isn't meant to stress you.
Wait, they basically photoshopped Dr. Brooks in GvK? That's what I understand at least.

The MusukoGoji was only seen in stock footage in All Monsters Attack. The primary suit in that movie was the ShoshingekiGoji, first used in Destroy All Monsters.

I'm probably one of the few people who have let the MusukoGoji grow on me. I understand why it's hated, but given what they were going for I don't hate it.
I actually watched Son of Godzilla recently and thought it worked very well in-film. I was thinking I actually would've liked another film to use it as the primary suit, but it only returned as the water suit in Godzilla vs. Gigan.
Honestly, as long as it retains Godzilla primary shape I like it. I don't think I "hate" any design, but I certainly prefer some over others.

I will anwser only for first question. He will be not added to Godzilla vs Kong, but he could be in Godzilla III (next Godzilla movie). They give a solid foundations for him in Godzilla II, and yes I talk about oxygen destroyer. If you remember, that's weapon that create Destoroyah in Godzilla vs Destoroyah. In my opinion its really likely but its just a theory. Very likely theory...
